At Light House Co., we want your home to shine. If you are not completely satisfied with your lighting purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to begin the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
